Executive Summary During the 2011-2012 program year, Jumpstart Massachusetts will recruit, train and manage 550 AmeriCorps members to serve low-income communities in Boston, Brockton, Taunton and the communities of Lowell and Lawrence (hereafter indicated as Lowell/Lawrence).
